Day 1–7: We review the idea, validate demand, define the ideal customer, and sharpen the offer. Legal registration begins. So we know exactly what to include in the build.

Day 8–20: Your SaaS is developed while your website goes live, outreach begins, and buyer interest starts building. You are not waiting for launch to start generating momentum.

  • A dev agency builds what you ask for and hands you software. We validate whether it will sell before we build it, generate customers while we're building it, and hand you a business with revenue when we're done.

    The deliverable is completely different. We consider our selves the expert, so we’ll be coordinating with you on what to build.

  • You will be matched with an account executive, and have direct access to them 10am-7:30pm ET.

    Based on your preferred method of communication, it can be emails, phone calls, sms/texts, and so forth.

    All account, progress, and status updates are sent to you by email by your account executive daily.

  • Our pricing has a fixed portion, and a performance portion.

    Performance tiers are as follows:

    1. Baseline of 5% of net sales

    2. 10% of net sales in the year if sales exceed 100k/ARR run-rate

    3. If growth exceeds 50%/Year-over-Year, the % of net sales will be at 15% for that year

    This aligns your incentives with ours, to be directly tied to your goals.

  • That's what the validation phase is for. We find out before we build — not after. And if traction doesn't come, we keep working with you for free until it does.

    There is always an angle, that an Ideal Persona (ICP) that will buy what you are selling

  • 100%. Every asset we create — codebase, designs, brand, content, accounts, domains — belongs to you.

    And this is transferable at the moment you decide to terminate the services.

    At a baseline, we will own 5% of the business upon legal registration, while you (and any of your partners) will own the remaining 95%.
